It was late and the perfect time for Spencer to go out and blow some steam off.The night was still and cold of coarse Spencer dident feel it. His body temp was higher than most people's he was by the lake and he felt at peace looking out across the waters it was a perfect night for an unperfect person,His family had a lake house out here for holidays and the like that never got used anymore considering they were all dead and buried.He sat by the waters edge everything that had happend had led him to mystic falls.

Not that he hated that he was here,he just hated what led him here.The moon Shone on the still waters of the lake reflected back at him was a crescent moon and it was brilliant.Everything made sense out in the wilderness maybe it was a wolf thing that it made him at ease.He dived into the inside pocket to fetch out his cigarette's and his lighter he plucked a Marlboro out of his packet and continued to look out over the lake as lit his cigarette.

The Smoke Billowed out of his mouth and through the smoke he could see someone sat on the opposite side of the lake to him his eyes were more attuned than most peoples he could that the person was female and that she had bright red hair that was all that he could see from were he was sat but the moon shone on the opposite side of the lake and he could see everything now everything in its purest glory.

Yes, she was able to walk in the sunlight, all thanks to the vampire that changed her whom she didn't know. She played with the chain on her wrist. a small, silver chain with ruby colored gems lining around it. It was quite the sight and it allowed her to walk in the sun, and if she did she would fry like chicken. She smiled a small smile and walked lightly on her feet. She adjusted her beret on the top of her head, her medium length hair was tightly secured in her smokey gray beret. She had some hair hanging down around her heart shaped face, and her green eyes searched until they found the trail leading into the woods. Her cravings were on overdrive and she needed some blood. She didn't want to take human blood, but had too. She didn't kill, she she drained them until they were at least unconcious and then wipped thier memory clean and ran. Her usual route was hikers. Which were heavy around these wooded parts. Haven't they learned by now that the woods was a worst place to be? There were many vampires in Mystic Falls. But Lexxi has yet to meet any. When she was still human she had gotten close to Virginia, espcially when her band went big in the south and they were starting to become known. A record label even wanted to pick them up and start thier road to fame, but that stopped the night after they were offered the deal. Going clubbing and drinking wasn't the smartest idea. if only they had known about vampires then. She was killed that night, and then woke up with an urge to feed. She became a vampire and killed most of her band. She regrets every moment of it. She missed them. They were closer than any other band. She blinked away a couple tears and stopped when the smell of human blood drifted by. the veins under her eyes turned black and her eyes shadowed black also. She felt the fangs prod through her gums. As she neared towards the campers she could imagine two grown men sitting by a fire exchanging jokes. When she approached them they were startled. Im so hungry. . . . she muttered and looked at their pulse jump in thier necks. She controlled herself and acted like a little girl. "well miss, what brings you all the way out here?" she smiled softly and looked up at them with crystal blue eyes. i'm hungry. she muttered again. they looked at her questionably. Before they know it she is behind them and sunk her fangs into one of thiers neck's and drained him so fast that the other man couldn't even register what was happening till she had her fangs in the hallow of his neck. in the timespan of a minute both men were passed out at her feet and was complused to forget everything they just saw and experienced. She moved quick. the best thing about being a vampire, was the speed. she sped through the woods as fast as lightening. She knew the lake was nearby. she felt as if she should just sit in peace and savor the moment in which the blood sang through her veins. Sitting on a log on the water's edge she grabbed a stick and started messing with pebbles beneath the surface. her eyes flickered up and spoted a boy staring at her froma distance, she looked up and smiled and waved. Spencer's Amber eyes were locked on the girl he had been staring at, she waved and i guess it was an invation to join her on the other side of the lake. He was hasty to join her but he had nothing better to do maybe he'd even make a friend out of this,he traced the tree line taking a more longer trail than he would, he could sense something he couldn't tell what just yet but he knew if he needed to he could take it on and properly win.

Still sticking to the tree line he could see the girl much clearer now she was beautiful, he came out into a burst of sunlight luckily the sunlight dosent effect his species.he walked over to her and in a burst of sunlight her hair illuminated his face with a burst of violent red,He walked over to her "Hi i saw you from over the lake and decided you looked a tad lonely on your own over here so i decided to join you in your loneliness The Names Spencer By the way "he spoke in his cute boyish tone he took a seat next to her for some reason he was drawn to her in a odd way he felt as if he knew her already.

He Grabbed a stone and skipped it along the water, his mind was caste back to the time when he became a werewolf the pain he went through on his first shift brought him to this town full of vampires but there were a few he was friends with he was warm really warm he never got cold anymore in a way he missed it but it was a pro of being a werewolf he looked at her ice blue eyes with his burning hot amber eyes and he just got lost in her eyes he touched his necklace that allowed him to resist compulsion.

While waiting for Spencer's answer her mind drifted out across the lake. She had the life, before she became a vampire. Would she still be successful if she hadn't become the monster she was? Would she end up on billboards and in the latest magazines? She didn't know. She wished desparately that she could relive that human part of her life. Sure she could have continued with it as a vampire, but being brand new to the supernatural world and blood? it would be impossible. But maybe in a few years she would live her dream she had as a human. Her new life doesn't have to be hopeless, she could make something out of it at least. It's a beautiful night tonight. Only days away from it being a full moon. she switched her eyes without turning her head to take a glance at Spencer. Would he catch onto her about the reference to the full moon? knowing that it was related to werewolves. She shuddered at the thought of a werewolf. She has yet to run into one on a full moon. Actually it has been rare for her to meet the human form of one face to face. Until she moved to Mystic Falls and that was when everything had changed on her. Picking at the hem of her tank top she narrowed her eyes to the soddy floor. Trying to figure out everything and anything. Spencer took a seat on a rock next to lexxi,The night air licked at his face,His eyes were turning from there normal hazel to a gold he turned his face from lexxi and there it was she said
"It's a beautiful night tonight. Only days away from it being a full moon."Spencers head snapped back around to face lexxi
he looked at her with an anxious and slightly worried look on is face,he'd been rumbled obviously she wasent human her self judging by her smell she was a vampire not that he minded that she rumbled him it was nice for someone to notice from the supernatural world.

It had been months since he had seen Marcus his mind drifted to Marcus and the night he found him he looked at lexxi in the eyes.
"how do you know im werewolf"he said looking up at the moon She knew his darkest secret he had never told anyone in the world what he was and now some one he had only just met guessed straight of the bat.For some reason lexxi felt familiar to him like he'd knew her for years but that might just be because he dident feel so alone in this town anymore.

Spencer, let's not pretend that we don't know what each other are. She responded and adverted her eyes. I am a vampire, and you smell like wet dog. But i have never met a werewolf in person. So this is very interesting. She concluded and she looked him over. everything seemed normal with him. He was a human. No abnormal hair growing all over his body, no long vicious teeth and no yellow eyes. He was just a normal boy. Lexxi couldn't help but smile. A breeze kicked up from across the lake and whipped her flame-colored hair around her face. Being a vampire she could still feel the light, chilling breeze that crept down her spine. At least she kept part of her humanity. in a way. She got to her feet and stretched noticing how pale her skin truely is. Sucks to be a red head, she wanted to tan so bad. But she was stuck an ugly, unattractive pale color that made her look like a big blob with red hair. Alot of people called her albino. That instantly jogged her memory back to what was coming tomorrow. Her first day of school. Great. She hated being the new girl. She came in the middle of the semester so everybody had thier clicks, and everybody would most likely shrug her off. She had many friends in Charleston. Most of them were guys, but none the less, she had friends. She was in a band and she was on her way to becoming someone famous. She accepted her new life as of now, but what about later on in life? what will she do when her parents die? what if she is alone for the rest of her life. fear instantly made her stomach clutch. Which meant she was hungry. Her breathing started to come out rapidly and her eyes went dark and veins popped up under them. She turned her head quickly and let her composure come back. She needed blood. but she didn't want to hurt anyone else tonight. She looked at Spencer and mumbled, I---I'm sorry but i have to go. and before anyone could realize it, she disapeared in a blink of an eye. Dashing through the woods her fangs prodded her gums and her eyes shifted again. blood, where was the blood? she came across a broken down vehicle on the local road, a woman approached her, "Oh thank god, Ma'am do you have a cell phone?" Lexxi shuddered and shook her head no. two children popped up beside the woman and they all had beating hearts. Lexxi could see thier veins pulsing. no she thought as another shudder came. Spencer took one look at what was happening and new he had to act to stop lexxi making a bad mistake.She tore off into the woods he was just as fast a vampire,he ran he could still smell her scent she was headed for the road.His heart pounded in his chest he couldent think straight never had he felt so protective of a girl in his life,his feet dident even touch the floor.He reached a clearing,and then it hit him what does a vampire need to survive blood, she was looking for blood.

His heart skipped a beat he needed to help her he felt so protective of her and he had only just met her.He wind wipped his face and he reached her.His heart almost stopped when he reached her,The woman with her children asked lexxi if she had a cell phone he walked up to lexxi "Hey sorry to sort of barge in like this have you broken down Ma'am heres my cell phone"he said handing over his blackberry to the woman he drew lexxi aside "You dont have to do this lexxi i can help you,please just let me help you "he said looking her in the eyes he spoke in a sympathetic and understanding tone i deeply in the bottem of his heart wanted to help her like Marcus helped him.

She didn't want to. She hated taking lives of the innocent. That's why she hates what she is, but loves it at the same time. She has no one else to help, no other vampire to tell her how to hold back from a killing spree and no friends to support her. She gritted her teeth and balled up her fist. She can't hurt these people! she won't! But she was oh so hungry. . . she needed blood. Now. Her fangs gleamed and she was about to lunge when a hand fell on her arm and stopped her dead in her tracks. Hey sorry to sort of barge in like this have you broken down Ma'am heres my cell phone Spencer shown up beside her and she merely forgot that he was a werewolf and could run pretty fast. She didn't want him to see her like this, how wild and ferel she looked. She turned her head to the side as Spencer handed the phone over and the lady returned a thank you to him and walked off to call a tow truck. Spencer pulled her aside and looked into her eyes, which were coal black at the moment and said, You dont have to do this lexxi i can help you,please just let me help you She backed away from him a little and shook her head, Don't you understand, Spencer? i'm a monster. A cold blooded killer. i have killed people, and i am not happy with that. There is no helping someone like me.She muttered and looked down, I can't stop who i am, and i can't change what i've become. I'm sorry. She couldn't take it anymore, she had to go somewhere. Somewhere where she can feed and be alright again. At least where there wern't any kids. She looked up at Spencer and gave a little smile and then she was off, speeding through the trees once again and heading to town. She could see the lights ahead like they were bekoning her to come and feed. The bar. it was a great place to start. She got to the bar and opened the doors, it was full for a Sunday night. She waltzed on down to the bar and sat on a stool. The bartender came to her and she ordered a Martini using her compulsion. A few minutes later a glass was slide her hand and she took a sip. Looking around she saw a man, staring at her from across the bar. She held up her glass and smiled. He held his up in return and started walking over to her. Perfect. She has her prey. She gave a flirtatious smile and said, All by yourself tonight? she smiled. "Aren't you a little young to be drinking?" he asked and she shook her head playfully, Nope. i'm totally legal. She giggled. God she hated how men were such animals. Hitting on a 17 year old girl. they didn't know that though. But she was sure it wouldn't stop them. After hitting it off she drug him to the back alley, and with him drunk as hell, she bared her fangs and pierced his neck and started to drink. She felt the warm blood spill over her tongue and down her throat. Quenching an angry stomach. She had a feeling she won't be able to stop. Spencer was handed his phone back and he looked at lexxi she looked hurt and upset.And with a flash she was gone again,it was like playing hide and go seek with this girl."I hope you get home safely"he spoke to the woman and in a flash he was once again chasing after a girl that all at once he felt something for but also she intrigued him aswell.She was heading for a bar and i guess well he could do with a pint of cider to cool his heals.He was nearing the bar his momentum slowed just out side the bar he reached in side his coat for his cigarettes and pulled one outwith his mouth and lit it up.

He walked in and spotted her he hung back walking around the fringes he walked up to the opposite side of the bar "Hey Bar keep can i get a dry cider please"he said handing over the money needed and took a seat at the end of the bar just watching her,waiting for his moment to strike if it appeared that is.He took a sip from his cider and just watched the bar worry around its self he just sat there and let the town whirl around him.He moved around the hustle and bustle and his opening had arrived he moved a guy out of the way and took a seat next to her "Miss me you forget im just as fast as you "he chuckled he took another sip "Do you smoke because i have plenty of cigarettes to go around "he said maybe he was falling for this girl and believe me he wanted to fall harder than anything.

She was who the monster allowed her to be. She was draining the poor man dry, and she hated how she enjoyed it. How she missed it. Warm and fresh blood was something that every vampire liked, no matter what thier diet was. Her parents were strict on what she ate. She wasn't allow to bite a human, so her mom got a job at the local hospital as a nurse and took as much blood as Lexxi needed. but that blood was cold, lifeless. This blood? it quenched her thirst, made her body sing and her mind whirl in satisfaction. Sad really, that she actually let her vampiric nature come out for the worst. But no matter how good she wanted to be, a secret part of her craved the dark side. to just let go and let the demon take over. Lexxi had a non stop battle over what she needed and what other people wanted. But she can break the rules every now and then, right? Before she could drain the man dry he was thrown from the stool and was sent away. She looked up, frusterated and wanting rip whoever took her prey away's head off. Coming to find it Spencer she growled and spun around in her chair. i did i know you were going to follow me? she looked down at the unconcious man who was clearly start to wake up, she sighed, looked and around to make sure no one was watching and picked him up by the collar of the shirt and looked in his eyes, You will foget you ever saw me tonight and you will go home to your family and cover up the wound on your neck. She let him down and he was dazed for a moment then walked aimlessly out of the Grill. She looked back at Spencer and glared, See, you wasted me a perfectly good meal. She grumbled and slide back on her stool. She beckoned the nice waiter over and ordered another martini. He came back in seconds and she started to sip on the scruptious red drink. Turning to spencer she then heard him speak, Miss me you forget im just as fast as you. Do you smoke because i have plenty of cigarettes to go around She looked at him for a steady moment and sighed, reaching over a grabbing a cigarette out of the box. I don't know much about your species. But i assume you aren't going to let me have no fun tonight? am i right? she raised her eyebrows and stuck the cigarette in her mouth and cover a hand over the end as she lit it with the flame. She inhaled then exhaled out a puff a smoke. You do not come across as the type to smoke. she mused and glanced around the grill for no apparent reason.
